3.Are there any feelings in Japanese that cannot be translates into English?

    Hello,

    I don't know how to say "ごちそうさまでした" too.

    However, when I went to England, my host family said "finished."

    Maybe, it　means like "ごちそうさまでした"

    Hi!! Yeah I don`t know how to say “ごちそうさま”in English.
    maybe it can say " Thank you for living" or " Thank you for god"?? haha
    Because I am living for robbing lifes.

    Whan I was in the U.S, I said "Thanks for animals and cooking." to translate "ごちそうさまでした"
    How do you think my translation?
    I think it is important to know the real meanings when we translate Japanese into English, so we have to know Japanese deeply.
